My passion is to help people to make positive changes to their life with effective, proven solution-focused hypnotherapy techniques.

I have worked in international business for many years as a consultant and have travelled extensively around the world helping businesses trade and invest with other countries and latterly, in China & HK.  Complementary therapy has always been of interest to me and hypnotherapy was something I was fascinated by.  

My career has always been about working with people and I know how easy it can be to become anxious, stressed, and low when we all have such busy lives.  I made the decision to change my career path and train as a clinical and solution-focused hypnotherapist.

I trained in Leeds with the Clifton Practice (CPHT) and am a fully qualified Clinical &  Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).  I am also a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  

In addition, I am a Certified NLP Coach, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™ as well as a Mindfulness Coach.  I have also completed my ABC Level 2 Counselling.

I am also a Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner.
