  • 92% said it is very (52%) or somewhat (40%) important to them to work for an organization that provides support for employee mental health.

  • 83% of US workers suffer from work-related stress, with 25% saying their job is the number one stressor in their lives.
  • About one million Americans miss work each day because of stress.
  • 76% of US workers report that workplace stress affects their personal relationships.
  • Depression-induced absenteeism costs US businesses $51 billion a year, as well as an additional $26 billion in treatment costs.  Stressed workers incur healthcare costs twice as high as other employees.
  • More than 50% of workers are not engaged at work as a result of stress, leading to a loss of productivity.
  • The consequences of stress-related illnesses cost businesses an estimated $200 to $300 billion a year in lost productivity.
  • 80% of workers feel stress on the job, and nearly half said they need help in learning how to manage stress.

According to these statistics, companies that offer effective stress management have been shown to reduce sickness absence costs by up to 20%.

Wellbeing at work

We offer a variety of support programs for anxiety and stress in the workplace

Workshops: Either online or preferably face-to-face (on-site) small group workshops for Managing Anxiety and Stress.  During the workshops, we explain how the brain works with relation to anxiety & stress, how & why we suffer in the way that we do and how we can ease, manage and control it.  The workshops include practical tools and techniques that can be used on a daily basis.  We will finish the workshop with a hypnotherapy relaxation session.

All participants will be given a hypnotherapy relaxation audio that they can use on a regular basis.  They will also receive a workbook, affirmation cards and other goodies.

In addition to our workshops, we offer the following either stand alone or as part of the program:

  • Individual Consultation sessions following the workshop
  • Program of 6 weekly 1-1 sessions for individuals
  • Hypnotherapy Relaxation sessions
  • Bespoke tailored programs
