Workshops:
Either online or preferably face-to-face (on-site) small group workshops for Managing Anxiety and Stress. During the 2 hour workshop, we explain how the brain works with relation to anxiety & stress, how & why we suffer in the way that we do and how we can ease, manage and control it. The workshops include practical tools and techniques that can be used on a daily basis. We will finish the workshop with a hypnotherapy relaxation session.
All participants will be given a hypnotherapy relaxation audio that they can use on a regular basis. They will also receive a workbook, affirmation cards and other goodies.
In addition to our workshops, we offer the following either stand-alone or as part of the programme:
- Individual Consultation sessions following the workshop
- Programme of 6 weekly 1-1 sessions for individuals
- Hypnotherapy Relaxation sessions
- Bespoke tailored programmes
