Workshops: Either online or face-to-face (on-site) group workshops (usually upto 2 hours) which explains how the brain works with relation to anxiety & stress, how & why we suffer in the way that we do and how we can manage and control it.  The workshops will also include practical calming techniques that can be used on a daily basis.  We will finish the workshop with a 20 minute hypnotherapy relaxation.
